UPDATES & RENOVATIONS UNDERWAY

 

At Level Urban Apartments, we are committed to providing a comfortable home for residents in the core of Oklahoma City. Our ownership and property management group are renovating the complex to address certain aspects of the original construction (which were not properly performed). This will also allow us to also update the units and exterior of the building.

We have been working with our contractors to determine a course for repairs that best addresses the needs of our current tenants and provides for the long-term stewardship of the building. We are completing the renovations in phases so that only certain parts of the complex will be affected at any given time, with a goal of limiting disruption to our tenants and neighbors.
We regret the disruption and inconvenience this project poses to our residents and appreciate your patience as we renovate the complex.

We are committed to providing residents with construction schedule information as transparently and quickly as it becomes available to us and plan to update this page with regular renovation updates.

FAQ

Why are these renovations happening?
o The renovations are to address certain aspects of the original construction (which were not properly performed).
o This will also afford us the opportunity to update the units and exterior of the building.

What do the renovations include?
o The renovation work will include new windows and doors, new paint, updated flooring and a new stucco façade.

Will my apartment be evaluated or worked on? Will I have to move out of my apartment?
o We are committed to providing residents with construction schedule information as transparently and quickly as it becomes available to us.
o Tenants who have to move out at this time have already been notified.

How are you accommodating tenants who must temporarily relocate?
o We are accommodating tenants in the affected units by providing a reimbursement for out-of-pocket costs and waiving their rent for one month.

Can I still access my apartment during my unit’s scheduled renovation?
o During the construction period, please visit the Level office if you need access to your unit following your move-out date.

When can I move back into my apartment?
o As soon as renovations on your unit are completed, Level management will contact you and let you know that you can move back in.
o We expect affected tenants to be able to move back into their units within a month of their departure.
